Welcome to Staith House - Gatwick Bed and Breakfast Accommodation.
Tina & Colin Robotham warmly welcome you to Staith House, our lovely Edwardian family home and guest house situated in a leafy town crescent just a few minutes from London Gatwick Airport (LGW). We offer a very comfortable Gatwick bed and breakfast service at reasonable prices, with breakfasts at flexible times to suit flight departures.
We can also offer longer term accommodation to professional and airline contract staff at reduced rates.
The guest bedrooms overlook our garden which is stocked with fig, apple and apricot trees, vines and rhodedendron. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable, with adjustable central heating, remote teletext TV, radio/alarm clock, hair drier, make-up tissues and complementary hot and cold drinks.
There are also electric shaver points and wash hand basins for your convenience. Your bath or shower room will be just opposite your bedroom, or a few steps along the large landing. Shampoo, conditioner, shower/bath gel, soap and moisturisers are provided.
There are good restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. The railway station is 3 minutes walk, taking 35 minutes to Central London and 30 minutes to Brighton. We are surrounded by the beautiful English Downs countryside of Surrey and Sussex.
The individually designed guest bedrooms overlook our mature garden giving a peaceful and pleasant outlook. They are fully coordinated with Sanderson papers and fabrics, using the designs of William Morris and the Arts & Crafts period as their inspiration. The rooms are bright and comfortable, with adjustable central heating, superior beds and remote teletext TV along with many thoughtful extras such as radio/alarm clock, hairdryer, make-up tissues and complementary hot and cold drinks.
Bedrooms that are not en-suite have the added convenience of washing and electric shaving facilities in the room. In this case your bath/shower room will be just opposite your bedroom, or a few steps along the landing. Shampoo, conditioner and shower/bath gels are provided.
