The Anchorage is an eighteenth century house listed as being of architectural and historical interest. Whilst retaining its 'Olde Worlde' charm with beamed ceilings, granite fireplace and window seats, the house is restored to a very high standard offering guests every comfort, excellent food and a sincere welcome.
The guest house is centrally heated and ideal for winter breaks in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Most rooms have full en-suite facilities and all bedrooms with own colour t.v.
There is a separate shower room/w.c. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided and there is access to rooms at all times. Bed and full English breakfast which is served from 8.15 a.m. to 9 a.m. Sorry we cannot accept pets.
